I was exposed to Insights Discovery three years ago and knew immediately that I was called to be a member of this team. With gracious encouragement and guidance from Stella Hollett, I received my accreditation as an Insights Discovery practioner. I have facilitated many workshops since being accredited and was thrilled to see firsthand the impact and positive effect Discovery had on individuals, teams and leaders. For myself, Insights has provided me with an understanding that has enhanced both my professional and personal relationships and helped me achieve my goals, never losing sight that having fun while you work is infectious.
Offering over 20 years’ experience in the travel and training industry serving in roles such as Ombudsman, and most recently, Corporate Training and Development Officer where I specialized in Customer Service and sensitivity training in a Corporate environment. With an accreditation in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and over 23 years’ experience as a professional facilitator, I have initiated comprehensive training programs that have been implemented both in Canada and internationally. My career highlights include an award from Transport Canada recognizing my training initiatives pertaining to accessibility for persons with disabilities, and also a published paper which I presented internationally to provide an overview of Canadian training initiatives for accessibility.
